By Joe Malanaphy After 20 years, the “Non-Alcoholic Happy Hour” at BCC will come to an end.
The event was started by Nurse Gwendolyn Evans, who will be retiring this year. Evans started the event under Dr. Donald Dickson.
“The belief was that we could educate students so they would socialize with each other and enjoy themselves without overindulging alcohol or other substance use,” said Evans.
